Acceptance of Agreement
By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement represents the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Dream Design Building Group and replaces any prior agreements, communications, or understandings related to our services.

Description of Services
Dream Design Building Group offers residential remodeling, home additions, interior and exterior renovations, custom home building, and related consultation and construction services.

Use of Services
Our services are intended for lawful use in residential remodeling and construction projects. By using our services, you agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations and to ensure that your use of our services does not interfere with or negatively impact our ability to serve others.

Payment and Refund Policy
As specified in your Construction Agreement, an initial deposit is required to begin work on your project. Payment schedules, due dates, and any additional costs for changes in project scope will be clearly outlined in your agreement. Refunds will be handled based on the stage of the project and work completed, as stated in the Construction Agreement.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all required approvals, documentation, and timely responses as outlined in the Construction Agreement. This includes but is not limited to supplying necessary permits, design decisions, and access to the property. Delays caused by the client may result in changes to the project timeline or additional costs.

Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, materials, and documentation created by Dream Design Building Group during the course of a project remain the property of Dream Design Building Group unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for the intended project. Ownership of final designs may be transferred upon full payment and completion of the project, as defined in your Construction Agreement.
